Ingredients
2–4 salmon fillets
2–4 tbsp olive oil
2–4 tbsp lemon juice
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels
2. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth
3. Brush the marinade evenly over the salmon
4. Let the salmon sit for 10–15 minutes
5. Cook using preferred method: grill 4–5 minutes per side, pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes
6. Remove from heat once salmon flakes easily
7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges
