A vibrant, creamy smoothie blending frozen watermelon and strawberries with Greek yogurt, honey, and optional mint for a naturally sweet, hydrating summer treat.
Ingredients
3 cups frozen watermelon cubes (1-inch diced)
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ tablespoon honey (plus more to taste)
½ cup water or unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup fresh mint leaves (optional, plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
Add frozen watermelon, strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and water/almond milk to a blender. Include fresh mint leaves if desired.
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides as needed.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired. Blend briefly.
Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use more Greek yogurt over water/milk. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or ripe bananas for natural sweetness. Store leftover smoothie in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours (best served fresh).
