Ingredients
3 cups cubed watermelon
3 peeled and sliced kiwis
2 cups green grapes
Handful chopped or torn fresh mint
1 tablespoon lime juice
Honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions
Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces, peel and slice the kiwis into rounds, and wash the green grapes. Optional: halve the grapes for enhanced flavor release.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced kiwis, and washed/halved grapes.
Sprinkle the chopped or torn fresh mint over the fruit mixture. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of lime juice and toss gently.
If desired, add a drizzle of honey to sweeten the salad to your taste. Stir gently to combine.
Gently toss all ingredients together again to ensure even flavor distribution without bruising the fruit.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes before serving to fully enhance the flavors and serve at a refreshing temperature.
