Ingredients
2 whole watermelons
4 cups mixed fruit (such as strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
Cut the top and bottom of both watermelons to create flat surfaces
Stand one watermelon upright and cut away the rind to form a smooth cake base
Shape the second watermelon slightly smaller to create a tiered look
Stack the smaller watermelon on top of the larger one, centering it
decorate the exterior with mixed fresh fruit, securing with toothpicks
Add fresh mint leaves for garnish
Slice and serve chilled
