Description

A creamy, comforting dip loaded with colorful, fresh vegetables and shredded cheddar, baked to perfection. Perfect for parties or family gatherings with its rich ranch seasoning flavor and satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup broccoli florets, diced
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1 cup cucumbers, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth and creamy.
Stir in carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, cucumbers, red onion, black olives (reserve some for topping), and 3/4 of the shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or pie plate and spread evenly.
Top with remaining vegetables, tomatoes, and the rest of the shredded cheese. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips or crusty bread
Add Mediterranean flair by substituting feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
