Description

Turkey zucchini casserole is a comforting, all-in-one dish made with tender turkey, fresh zucchini, and a buttery stuffing topping baked until golden and crispy.


Ingredients

1 (6 oz) stuffing mix

¾ cup butter (melted)

3 medium zucchini (diced)

2 cups cooked turkey (shredded or diced)

½ cup onion (diced)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup shredded carrots

½ cup sour cream


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. Mix stuffing with melted butter and reserve ¾ cup for topping.

3. Add zucchini, turkey, onion, cream of chicken soup, carrots, and sour cream to the bowl.

4. Mix everything until well combined.

5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.

6. Top with reserved stuffing mixture.

7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Grease the baking dish to prevent sticking.

Let casserole rest before serving for better texture.
