Ingredients
1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
2–3 tbsp olive oil
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Optional: lemon zest or red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets and pat dry
Toss broccoli with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and optional lemon juice in a mixing bowl until evenly coated
Spread seasoned broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet
Bake for 18–22 minutes until crispy and golden, stirring halfway through
Remove from oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over hot florets, tossing gently to coat

For extra crunch, spread florets in a single layer without overlapping.
