Ingredients

1 pizza dough or flatbread
12 fresh peaches, sliced
12 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded or fresh)
Fresh basil leaves
12 tbsp olive oil
12 tbsp balsamic glaze
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: goat cheese or roasted red peppers (instead of prosciutto)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Lay pizza dough on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough
Arrange sliced peaches on top of the cheese
Scatter fresh basil leaves and drizzle balsamic glaze (if using)
Season with salt and pepper
