Description

Ingredients
4 fresh peaches
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Cut peaches in half and remove pits
Heat skillet over medium heat, add butter and melt
Add brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt to the butter; stir to combine
Place peaches cut-side down in the pan and cook 5-7 minutes until caramelized
Flip peaches and cook 2-3 minutes on the other side
Serve immediately with optional toppings
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture
Monitor closely to avoid burning
Optional: Add a tsp of lemon zest for citrus brightness
