Ingredients
1¾ cups cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
⅓ cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1–2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls (about 12 triangles total)
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cottage cheese, sour cream, softened cream cheese, ¼ cup cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Roll each crescent triangle around a seasoned chicken mixture, sealing edges with water
Arrange roll ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish
Mix remaining cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk in a bowl
Spoon soup mixture evenly over the roll ups
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly
Notes
Ensure chicken is fully cooled before mixing
For extra flavor, add ¼ cup chopped spinach or herbs to the filling
