Description
A rich, creamy salmon recipe with golden-seared fillets and a savory garlic-herb sauce, enhanced by sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan. Perfectly balanced and easy to prepare for any occasion.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2–3 tablespoons olive oil or butter
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
Pat salmon dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon for 4–5 minutes per side; remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Return salmon to the pan and coat with sauce for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
Ensure salmon is patted dry before searing for a golden crust.
For a non-dairy alternative, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Serves best over pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables.
