Description
A flavorful weeknight meal combining lean ground beef, crispy sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, creamy cottage cheese, and spicy hot honey for a perfect balance of sweet and heat.
Ingredients
2 tbsp hot honey
250 g lean ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning
200 g cottage cheese
500 g sweet potatoes
200 g tenderstem broccoli
1 avocado
1 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
Olive oil spray or 1–2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) or roast in oven for 15–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook until browned and crispy.
Steam broccoli for 3–4 minutes until tender (or roast/air fry for crispier texture).
Assemble bowls with sweet potatoes, beef, broccoli, and avocado. Top with cottage cheese.
Drizzle 1–2 tbsp hot honey over each bowl before serving.
Notes
Substitute cottage cheese with crumbled tofu for a vegan option.
Adjust hot honey quantity to your spice preference.
Store cooked components in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
For crispier sweet potatoes, pat them dry before cooking.
