Ingredients
2 medium zucchini (cut into batons or half-moons)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Heat skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add vegetable/sesame oil and butter to melted fat.
Add zucchini and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until slightly tender.
Stir in minced garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss, then cook 1–2 more minutes.
