Ingredients
3 medium zucchini (sliced into ¼-inch rounds)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Wash zucchini and slice into ¼-inch rounds
Toss zucchini in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add zucchini in batches and sauté 2-3 minutes per side until golden
Sprinkle minced garlic over hot zucchini and cook 30-60 seconds until fragrant
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese evenly
Notes
