Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar
Optional: chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder, protein powder, and coconut sugar until well combined
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired
Bake for 20–25 minutes until slightly risen and firm
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute egg with 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Use any granulated sweetener in place of coconut sugar
