Ingredients
4 croissants
8 breakfast sausage patties (halal alternative if needed)
8 slices cheese
80g mayonnaise (Kewpie style)
30g ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp paprika
1 tbsp gherkins (finely diced)
4 tbsp melted garlic butter
Instructions
1. Cook sausage patties in a skillet according to package instructions. Top each with a cheese slice and let melt, 1-2 minutes.
2. Slice croissants in half, brush garlic butter on the bottom halves, and toast in a heated pan until golden.
3. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and gherkins in a bowl to make the sauce.
4. Spread sauce on both croissant halves. Stack two cheesy patties per croissant.
