A creamy, refreshing crab salad with flaky crab, celery, and tangy dressing. Perfect for summer gatherings, sandwiches, or serving on greens.
Ingredients
1 lb imitation crab meat, flaked
½ cup celery, finely chopped
½ cup non-alcoholic ranch dressing
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp fresh parsley, minced
Instructions
In a bowl, gently combine crab meat, celery, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, sugar, and parsley until evenly mixed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
Before serving, stir the salad again and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
Chilling overnight enhances the flavor. Serve cold. Can be used as a sandwich filler or over greens. For richer flavor, use real crab meat.
