Description
Crispy and sweet, these cinnamon sugar air fryer banana chips are made with ripe bananas and a warm blend of spices. A healthier alternative to store-bought chips, they’re perfect for satisfying cravings any time of day.
Ingredients
2 ripe but firm bananas
2 tbsp coconut oil (or melted butter)
1 tbsp sugar (coconut sugar optional)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
Peel and slice bananas into ⅛-inch rounds.
In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Toss the banana slices with melted oil until evenly coated.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar blend over the bananas and toss gently to combine.
Preheat the air fryer to 325–350°F (160–175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Let the chips cool completely on a wire rack to achieve maximum crispiness.
