Ingredients
2 halal croissants (halved)
4 large eggs
4 slices turkey bacon (cooked)
2 slices white cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado (sliced)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place croissants on a baking sheet to warm for 3-4 minutes
In a skillet over medium heat, cook turkey bacon until crispy; set aside on paper towels
In the same pan, fry eggs to desired doneness
Layer each croissant half with cheddar, avocado slices, cooked bacon, and a fried egg
Season with salt and pepper
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute turkey bacon with sautéed mushrooms or spinach
Serve immediately for best texture; leftover croissants can be toasted later
