Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
1 cup BBQ sauce
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
1–1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
2–3 green onions (chopped)
Optional: ranch seasoning or ranch dressing
Optional: garlic powder or smoked paprika
Optional: extra BBQ sauce for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, BBQ sauce, and seasonings (garlic powder, ranch seasoning) in a bowl until smooth. Add shredded chicken and stir until fully coated. Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and green onions. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for time-saving.
Adjust cheese quantity based on melting preference.
