Description

Rich and creamy banana pudding fudge with a nostalgic twist. Combining banana pudding, sweetened condensed milk, and almond bark, this no-bake treat features a crunchy vanilla wafer topping. Perfect for quick gatherings or a sweet snack.

Ingredients

20 oz white almond bark (chopped)
1 box (3.4 oz) banana cream pudding mix
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
20 vanilla wafer cookies (crushed)

Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
Heat sweetened condensed milk until warm (not boiling) to blend ingredients smoothly.
Stir in banana pudding mix until fully smooth and lump-free.
Melt chopped almond bark in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until creamy.
Quickly mix pudding into melted almond bark to form a uniform base.
Pour fudge mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers atop the fudge and gently press them into the surface.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight until firm and set.
Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Mix pudding thoroughly to avoid lumps. Crush vanilla wafers for even texture. Refrigerating overnight yields optimal firmness.
