6 cups watermelon, diced (frozen solid)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
A pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Cut watermelon into cubes and freeze on a tray until fully solid, at least 5 hours or overnight
Add frozen watermelon, lime juice, and optional salt to a blender or food processor
Blend until creamy and sorbet-like, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed
Notes
Adjust lime juice to taste for desired tartness
If sorbet becomes too soft after blending, refreeze for 30-60 minutes
Sea salt enhances sweetness but is optional
