Description

This watermelon slushie blends frozen watermelon with coconut water and lime juice into a refreshing, hydrating summer drink. Light, naturally sweet, and perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 cup coconut water

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lime wedges for garnish

Chili powder (optional)


Instructions

1. Cube watermelon and freeze until solid

2. Add frozen watermelon, coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener to blender

3. Blend until smooth and slushy

4. Adjust consistency with more coconut water if needed

5. Pour into glasses

6. Garnish with mint leaves or lime wedges and serve immediately

Notes

Freeze watermelon fully for best texture

Adjust liquid for desired thickness

Use natural sweetness before adding sweetener

Add sparkling water for a fizzy twist
