Description
A Mediterranean-inspired pizza using naan bread as a base, topped with spiced chicken, creamy tzatziki, fresh veggies, and feta for a quick and flavorful meal ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
2 large naan breads
½ cup tzatziki sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
½ cup kalamata olives (pitted & halved)
½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
¼ cup fresh spinach
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Fresh dill or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Place naan on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil
Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the naan
Toss chicken with red onion, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, and a pinch of salt/pepper
Distribute chicken-veg mix, feta cheese, and spinach over the naan
Season with remaining salt/pepper
Bake for 8-10 minutes until naan is crisp and toppings sizzle
Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving
