Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini)
1 can (12 ounces) of tuna, drained
1 cup of diced celery
1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of diced red onion
1/2 cup of mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente
2. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water
3. Chop celery, halve cherry tomatoes, and dice red onion
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine tuna, pasta, vegetables, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
5. Stir gently until evenly coated
6. Taste and adjust seasoning
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
