Description

Ingredients

1 lb flank steak or sirloin

2 cups cooked white rice

1 cup queso cheese dip

1 medium onion, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Lime wedges for serving (optional)


Instructions

1. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.

2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until soft.

5. Add the steak and cook until browned and cooked through.
