S’mores Cookie Bars combine gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and a buttery graham cookie base for a nostalgic, crowd-pleasing dessert. These bars bake easily in one pan and deliver rich, comforting flavor.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
3. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the pan.
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the base.
6. Add mini marshmallows on top.
7. Crumble remaining dough over the top layer.
8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and marshmallows are toasted.
9. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing into bars.
10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Spread marshmallows evenly to prevent burning.
Let bars cool fully for clean slices.
Use parchment paper for easy removal.
Add nuts or peanut butter chips for variation.
Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
