Description

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)

1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup yogurt


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line a 9-inch round pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides
Thinly slice peaches and arrange in a spiral pattern on the pan bottom
In a mixer, beat butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, mixing fully after each

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk and yogurt
