Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper

3. Whisk melted butter and sugar until combined

4. Add eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth

5. Combine flour and salt in a separate bowl

6. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir gently

7. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly
