Ingredients
For the Special Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
1½ tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
For the Salad:
1 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped white onions
½ cup sliced dill pickles
Instructions
1. Whisk together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Break up beef with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Cook for 6-8 minutes until completely browned with no pink remaining.
4. Drain all excess grease from the beef thoroughly. Press with paper towels if needed.
5. Divide shredded lettuce among serving bowls. Top each with about ½ cup cooked ground beef.
6. Sprinkle each bowl with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and sliced pickles.
7. Drizzle generously with special sauce. Serve immediately while beef is warm.

Notes
Use 93% lean ground beef for less grease.
Drain beef really well to avoid soggy salad.
