Description

Ingredients

3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3 peaches (halved and pitted)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
Optional toppings: Yogurt, Vanilla ice cream, Caramel syrup


Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon
Brush the cut side of the peach halves with melted butter
Place peaches cut-side down on the grill; cook for 3 minutes until soft and marked
Flip the peaches and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top; grill 2-3 minutes until the sugar caramelize

Notes
