Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Mix barbecue sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Place chicken in a bag or dish and coat fully with marinade.
3. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess.
6. Place chicken on grill and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side.
7. Brush extra marinade during the last minutes of grilling.
8. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
9. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
