Description

Grilled BBQ Chicken delivers juicy, flavorful chicken coated in a sweet and tangy homemade barbecue sauce. You create a simple and crowd-pleasing dish that works perfectly for weeknight dinners or backyard grilling.


Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt

Black pepper

1 cup ketchup

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

1. Trim excess fat from the chicken and pat dry.

2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken.

4. Whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make the BBQ sauce.

5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

6. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side.

7. Brush BBQ sauce over the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.

8. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

9. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.

10. Serve with extra BBQ sauce.

Let the chicken rest before serving to keep it juicy.

Apply BBQ sauce only at the end to prevent burning.

Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
