Description

Garlic Parmesan Corn on the Cob is a quick and delicious side dish that combines sweet corn with rich garlic butter and Parmesan cheese. Perfect for summer barbecues, family meals, or any gathering.

Ingredients

4 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Husk the corn and remove the silk. Rinse under cold water.

2. Boil corn in salted water for 5-7 minutes or grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

4. Brush the cooked corn with garlic butter mixture.

5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.

6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh, in-season corn for the best flavor.

Avoid overcooking; corn should be tender but still crisp.

Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for extra brightness.

Experiment with different herbs or cheeses for variations.
