Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Mix in vanilla extract, flour, and salt until combined.
3. Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly.
4. Scoop dough into muffin cups and press down gently.
5. Melt chocolate chips with oil in microwave, stirring until smooth.
6. Pour melted chocolate over each cup to cover completely.
7. Tap gently to smooth the tops.
8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
9. Remove from molds and serve.
