Description

Make Cajun Corn on the Cob with sweet corn, melted butter, and bold Cajun spices. This quick side dish delivers smoky, zesty flavor and pairs perfectly with grilled meals.

Ingredients

4 ears corn, husked

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Salt to taste

Optional: parsley, Parmesan cheese, feta cheese

Instructions

1. Husk the corn and remove all silk.

2. Mix melted butter, Cajun seasoning, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

4. Brush corn with Cajun butter on all sides.

5. Place corn on grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

6. Turn corn occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

7. Brush with remaining butter before serving.

8. Add optional toppings and serve hot.

Notes

Do not overcook the corn to keep it juicy.

Use olive oil instead of butter for dairy-free option.

Add smoked paprika for deeper flavor.

Serve immediately for best taste.
