Description

Broccoli Cheese Rounds deliver a crispy outside with a soft, cheesy center packed with tender broccoli. These bite-sized snacks are quick to prepare and perfect for family meals or appetizers.


Ingredients

2 cups broccoli, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or oil


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Steam or boil broccoli until tender, then chop finely.

3. Combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Mix until fully combined.

5. Form mixture into small rounds.

6. Place rounds on a greased baking sheet.

7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

8. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Do not overcook broccoli to avoid mushy texture.

Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
