This blueberry margarita punch blends sweet blueberries with zesty lime and a fizzy finish. It creates a refreshing and vibrant drink perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup simple syrup
4 cups soda water or lemon-lime soda
1 to 2 cups tequila (optional)
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Rinse blueberries and set aside some for garnish
2. Prepare simple syrup and let it cool
3. Add blueberries, lime juice, and syrup to pitcher
4. Muddle blueberries gently to release juices
5. Add tequila if using and mix
6. Pour in soda just before serving
7. Fill glasses with ice and pour punch over
8. Garnish with mint and blueberries
Notes
Add soda right before serving to keep fizz
