Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
8 small tortillas
Cooking spray or olive oil
Sour cream (optional)
Avocado (optional)
Cilantro (optional)
Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Mix shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling on each tortilla.
5. Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
6. Lightly spray or brush with oil.
7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
8. Cool slightly before serving.
9. Serve with desired toppings.
