Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
1 ripe avocado

Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
3. Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked.

5. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
6. Drain the bacon on paper towels.
7. Toast the bread slices lightly.
8. Mash the avocado and season with a pinch of salt.
9. Spread avocado on each slice of bread.
