Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 can (15 oz) enchilada sauce

8 small flour tortillas

2 cups shredded cheese

1 can (15 oz) black beans (optional)


Instructions

1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

2. Drain excess fat and stir in enchilada sauce.

3. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.

4. Warm tortillas until soft and flexible.
